My husband and I were on our way to lunch when he noticed a sign on the side of the road for Master Hardwood Floors. I contacted them immediately and we arranged a consult same day-convenient because I was off work! Jorge and his sons were very patient with us! Answered all of our questions for refinishing and installation with color match. Minimal dust! Jorge provided references who confirmed their quality work! Many companies do not move your furniture—Master Hardwood does—which was a plus. They were very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and produce quality work! We love our floors! Had our floors finished with Master/Jorge Campos. He was great with advising me; an assessor said we needed a new floor to deal with some water damage and wear and tear and he said we could refinish it instead. He and team did a beautiful job, protecting the rest of the house so it didn’t even get all that dusty. He helped me with color choice as well to match existing woodwork with a classic color. Jorge is very responsive and ensured the results were perfect. Finished on time. Also helped me find a painter to finish the floor trim. New in line wooden vents were such a nice addition. Highly recommend. Color in photos only looks different due to lighting.
